Jlive
Jlive is an Event Discovery Platform that offers one place to find events, classes, and programs across all Jewish organizations in your community. Discover, Share, Register.
Organizations can host events, programs, and class on Jlive which maybe real world or livestream events. The Jlive Zoom App simplifies how Livestream and Hybrid events work for Registrants.
For Livestream or Hybrid events, the organization may connect their Jlive Event to a Zoom Meeting or Webinar. This allows Registrants to register in just one place: Jlive. Their name and email will be passed to Zoom automatically in order to grant them access to the Registration-Required Zoom Meeting. Jlive Registration emails will contain all of the Zoom details needed to participate in the Zoom. This means that Host organizations can choose to disable the automatic emails sent by Zoom to avoid redundant emails. Lastly, once people participate in the Zoom Meeting, this information is automatically passed back to Jlive to as a "Check In" in order to inform the host organization of who has participated.
