Enterprise organizations use the Indi SaaS app to save time and drive engagement amongst their employee base. Indi has different user roles for each key stakeholder in the organization that touches HR/DEI initiatives. We have three solution areas: 

  1. Connection: Indi’s connection solution provides DEI/people teams with an admin backend that allows them to create networking programs that match employees together and surface those matches to end-employees in key workflows. 
  2. Opportunity: the opportunity solution provides employees with a central place to find, request, and post internal career opportunities such as stretch projects, mentorships, full time positions, workshops, and more.  
  3. Community: Indi helps organizations manage their critical employee communities with technology tools. Indi empowers DEI teams with the tools to track ERG member counts; allocate, monitor, and approve budgets. And much more!

This app can access the following information anytime including outside of a Zoom experience and when the app is not actively in use.
