Overview

Rooster integrates with the Workday recruiting platform and automatically schedules interviews using Google or Outlook/Office 365 Calendar and Zoom conferencing. Recruiting coordinators can automatically import job applications and candidate information from Workday into Rooster, where they are then able to:

  • View Google/Outlook calendars and Zoom calendars of interviewers
  • Send out invitations to interviewers and candidates using email/calendar and SMS Text
  • Track the status of invitations (e.g. accept, decline, tentative, etc.)
  • Save interview scheduling information back into Workday
  • Reschedule or cancel interviews, updating Workday automatically
  • Self-Schedule candidates allowing them to book their own interviews

Currently, Workday users must perform double entry when scheduling interviews - after the interview is scheduled using with Zoom conferencing, interview coordinators must go back into Workday and update the scheduled date/times by copying/pasting from their calendar. Rooster does both of these things in one place - automatically updating your calendar and Zoom - so interviews can be scheduled or rescheduled much more efficiently, saving time and money.

Rooster integrates with:

  • Google G-Suite
  • Office 365
  • Zoom
