Overview

Zoom is integrated into the Jellyzone diary so that a user can generate either an email to be sent to patients that contains a link to join the zoom call or for the user to actually host (join) a call at the given time.

To get started, each goes to "My profile" and press the "Zoom auth" button. This will set that user up with theirown Zoom account.

To use Zoom on a daily basis, right click on any appointment in the diary and select either "Email zoom link" to send an email to the patient that contains a button to join a call. Or press Start Zoom call to start that appointment directly.

Although a clinician's diary will be full of appointments, nothing is added to Zoom until either an email is generated that contains a join link or the clinician activately starts the call.

If the appointment is deleted from the Jelly diary, the corresponding Zoom meeting is deleted if it existed. Currently the ZoomNet library doesn't support updating the zoom meeting if the appointment date/time was amended.

Likewise, if a user logs into their Zoom account and amends the start/end time of a meeting this will be reflected in Jelly. If the meeting is deleted in Zoom, the corresponding appointment in Jelly is also cancelled.

When the meeting starts & ends as well as when participants join/ leave the meeting are recorded in an audit log on Jelly for auditing.
