You just send a URL to the person you are meeting with to complete the scheduling process. The event is automatically added to your calendar. There are no double-bookings because eeasy automaticaly coordinate within your available schedule.
If you specify a Zoom Meeting and adjust the schedule, all related people will be automatically notified of the details of the Zoom Meeting.
