You can connect your Zoom account to automatically create Zoom meeting links for any of your virtual classes. Anyone who has booked your activity will automatically receive an email with a link and password to join the meeting. This email is sent out 20 minutes prior to the start of the activity. Alternatively, your clients will be able to see the Zoom links in the ‘’My Bookings’’ section of their profile.

 

Any of your class instructors will be able to easily join a zoom meeting from their admin dashboard.

 

On top of this, Fitune automates the management of schedules, reservations, recurring payments, marketing, automated emailing, attendance and much more.
