Overview

With Alleo, you can host Presentations, Hybrid Meetings, Strategy and Planning sessions, Training sessions, Real-time Dashboards, and synchronize the view across users for common operations. The Alleo App brings multiple tools together into one secure and synchronized Infinite Canvas for collaboration, presentation, and whiteboarding. 


To get started, you can do the following:

  1. Start a Zoom meeting and add the Alleo app.
  2. Login and open an Alleo board.
  3. Click the "Collaborate" button in the Alleo Zoom app panel or in the Zoom interface to invite users to join the board.
  4. When prompted to start collaborate mode, click "Allow."
  5. Your audience will be prompted to join your Alleo board.
  6. To access the Alleo board, users enter as a Guest or optionally login to Alleo.
  7. To close the Alleo window for all other, simply click "End Collaborate" in the Alleo Zoom App panel or select the "End" button in the Zoom interface.


The Alleo Zoom integration requires the meeting host to have a licensed Alleo user account and an active Zoom account. Please CLICK HERE for more information on pricing and to request an Alleo user account.


Please note the scope information requested when connecting Alleo with Zoom is required and only utilized for the purpose of allowing users to take advantage of Alleo functionality during Zoom calls.

Information that is necessary for the app to function properly, which may include your Zoom user ID, session IDs, meeting role, and other basic identifiers and information about your meeting, webinar, or chat.

May include name, display name, email address, phone number, user ID, and other profile information.

Content generated in Zoom products, which may include audio, video, messages, transcriptions, feedback, responses to polls and Q&A, and files, and related context , such as invitation details, meeting or chat name, and meeting agenda.

Information about how people and their devices interact with Zoom products, which may include when participants join/leave, whether participants sent messages and who they message with, performance data, and other usage information and metrics.

Manage content and information generated in the context of Zoom experiences, which may include audio, video, messages, meeting or chat name, agenda, transcriptions, and responses to polls and Q&A.

Manage participants, which may include assigning participants to specific breakout rooms and specifying an interpreter for the session.

This app can access the following information anytime including outside of a Zoom experience and when the app is not actively in use.
