BaseNet Internet Projects
With this integration you can create a Zoom quick meeting link into a new appointment in BaseNet CRM by just clicking on Zoom videoconference in the location pulldown menu and click on the 'Get link' button to insert a Zoom quick meeting.
Add the app:
- Go to settings > Personal > Calendar > Login in to Zoom
- Fill in your Zoom credentials
- First time you need to approve the BaseNet app to be added on your Zoom account
- If everything is approved a confirmation will be shown
How to use:
- Click on New > New event
- On the location pulldown menu choose for Zoom videoconference
- Click on ‘Get link’. The quick meeting link is created, and the information about the meeting is added to the ‘Extra info’ of the appointment and the location is filled with Online and the meeting link.
Removing the app:
- Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage > Added Apps or search for the "BaseNet" app.
- Click the "BaseNet" app.
- Click Remove.

Manage content and information generated in the context of Zoom experiences, which may include audio, video, messages, meeting or chat name, agenda, transcriptions, and responses to polls and Q&A.
Manage participants, which may include assigning participants to specific breakout rooms and specifying an interpreter for the session.
Manage registration information, which may include scheduling Zoom experiences or adding or deleting registrants.
