The Global Relay Archive for Zoom Meetings enables the information governance, compliance and e-discovery of Zoom Meeting recordings, in-chat conversations, and shared files. Customers with a Global Relay license can then access their Global Relay Archive as a central repository for a broad range of use cases, including information governance, compliance supervision, e-discovery, surveillance, privacy and trade reconstruction across all archiving content.
With this application, administrators can define the Global Relay endpoint to send meeting information to and once a meeting has been completed, Zoom will then automatically send the meeting data and metadata to Global Relay. Zoom Meeting recordings, in-meeting chat conversations and in-meeting files transferred are then securely archived to Global Relay. Once enabled by the account admin, this app will work for all users within an organization.
