Overview

Unless you have been instructed to use this version by your system administrator, please click here to access the Global Relay app.

The Global Relay Archive for Zoom Meetings enables the information governance, compliance and e-discovery of Zoom Meeting recordings, in-chat conversations, and shared files. Customers with a Global Relay license can then access their Global Relay Archive as a central repository for a broad range of use cases, including information governance, compliance supervision, e-discovery, surveillance, privacy and trade reconstruction across all archiving content.

With this application, administrators can define the Global Relay endpoint to send meeting information to and once a meeting has been completed, Zoom will then automatically send the meeting data and metadata to Global Relay. Zoom Meeting recordings, in-meeting chat conversations and in-meeting files transferred are then securely archived to Global Relay. Once enabled by the account admin, this app will work for all users within an organization.

Global Relay is a 2019 Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader for Enterprise Information Archiving. They help organizations manage and control their communications data. Their services provide all employees with the tools and data they need - helping them make decisions and your organization stay competitive.
