Overview

DoControl provides automated and self-service tools to cloud-first organizations for monitoring, orchestrating and remediating data access across SaaS apps.
We take a unique, customer-focused approach to the challenge of labor-intensive security risk management and data exfiltration prevention in Zoom.

The DoControl solution provides foundational data access control policies to:

  • Establish end-to-end visibility across all SaaS users and activities
  • Monitor and control every identity and entity, including both internal users and external collaborators
  • Remediate the risk of exfiltrating sensitive Zoom files (video, audio, and text-based) by deleting recordings or their associated text files from the cloud
  • Mitigate the risk of over-exposing sensitive Zoom files (video, audio, and text-based) by changing their public sharing status to internal or non-shareable

DoControl helps organizations of all types and sizes to prevent data breaches in the most popular SaaS apps, and restore balance between security and business enablement. DoControl's security workflows enable IT and security teams to address near-limitless use cases, through fully customizable and granular data access control policies. DoControl has built deep integrations with numerous business-critical SaaS apps including Zoom, Google Drive, Microsoft Office 365, Dropbox, Box, Slack, Salesforce, and many others.
