Using Zoom with Light Blue

Linking a Zoom account to Light Blue makes it even easier to use Zoom in your business:

  • Your online scheduling calendars can automatically create a password-protected Zoom meeting and send the join link to your clients.
  • You can create a Zoom meeting for any appointment or shoot in Light Blue.
  • Rescheduling an appointment or shoot in Light Blue will automatically reschedule its linked Zoom meeting.


Setup

To link your Zoom account to Light Blue, go to the "API & Integrations" section of your Light Blue account account or the "Integrations" section of the Light Blue desktop app's Preferences window.

Content generated in Zoom products, which may include audio, video, messages, transcriptions, feedback, responses to polls and Q&A, and files, and related context , such as invitation details, meeting or chat name, and meeting agenda.

Information people provide when registering for a Zoom meeting, webinar or recording, which may include name and contact information, responses to registration questions, and other registration information.

Information about how people and their devices interact with Zoom products, which may include when participants join/leave, whether participants sent messages and who they message with, performance data, and other usage information and metrics.
