With the integration with Zoom, you can manage distance learning, continuing to manage lessons from ScuolaSemplice and letting the system automatically schedule meetings on your Zoom host(s), also sending invitation emails to let teachers and students to participate to the lessons.
ScuolaSemplice Host allows you to connect one or many Zoom host account(s), so that you can work even if you don't have access to the main Zoom account with "account level" access. For users with accont-level access to Zoom, better to use the ScuolaSemplice App, as ScuolaSemplice Host App will not allow you to access the meeting report data.
You can manage both mixed classes (blended), partially in-classroom lessons and online meeting lessons, or you can have full-online classes, everything easily seamlessy manageable from the same platform.
Scheduling online lessons it is as easy as schedule "regular" lessons, just put the lesson on a virtual classroom and ScuolaSemplice will manage the meeting creation and partecipants invitation. Changes and cancellations are also managed automatically.
For one-2-one virtual lessons autonomosly scheduled by teachers or students, ScuolaSemplice will automatically take care of scheduling the meeting on Zoom. This having a quite-zero effort for the school owner.
