Overview

The Chronus mentoring platform empowers employees in organizations to connect, learn and grow, increasing career progression, company engagement and employee retention. 


Chronus matches mentors and mentees and guides them through a productive mentoring relationship. Mentees and mentors can schedule online meetings and track their goals and tasks through the cloud-based platform. This makes it easy for mentors and mentees to stay connected on the go amidst busy schedules.


With Zoom Meetings, mentoring sessions take place in real-time no matter where the mentor and mentee are located. When scheduling the meeting, users can select Zoom Meeting as an option for video conferencing. Chronus will automatically send the meeting information to other participants for their acceptance. Once the meeting is scheduled, the link to the Zoom Meeting will become available for the participants on the Chronus platform, as well as respective calendars.


To use this feature, you will need to have an enterprise Chronus & Zoom account. Only an account admin can install the app.

Information about how people and their devices interact with Zoom products, which may include when participants join/leave, whether participants sent messages and who they message with, performance data, and other usage information and metrics.

Manage content and information generated in the context of Zoom experiences, which may include audio, video, messages, meeting or chat name, agenda, transcriptions, and responses to polls and Q&A.

Manage registration information, which may include scheduling Zoom experiences or adding or deleting registrants.

This app can access the following information anytime including outside of a Zoom experience and when the app is not actively in use.
