BIRDAI DYNAMICS PRIVATE LIMITED
TeamHub is a digital meeting platform where teams can share ideas & content, access tools & applications, and get equal experience from anywhere, any device.
Wireless docking technology
TeamHub offers participants a touchless meeting space collaboration solution without the need to plug in a wire or physically connect to any room hardware. You need to enter the device code displayed on the screen to wirelessly dock the personal device, like the laptop, to the meeting room video conferencing device. You are not actually bringing your own meeting if you need to interact with certain conferencing panels or plug-ins.
Best-in-class collaboration
TeamHub has every tool to engage the participants in a video conference. The participants can bring any document, image or video onto the screen. They can annotate images during the meetings to get more clarity for the remote participants. The remote participants can contribute their ideas seamlessly by giving their shared content inputs. The different tools, like the pen tool, offer multiple colours to the participants, highlighter, cloud search, and many more.
Your teams at one place
Now connecting the teams is very easy with the team members in one place. You can create a permanent working space for the teams. Teams can simply click on the team space and access the shared content. You don’t need to send an invitation to all the team members. You are all set just by including the team members in the space. You can save the content and share it with the team members to ensure that nothing is lost during meetings.
Connect via huddle and any VC
The collaboration workspace is incomplete with the video conferencing ability. TeamHub is exclusive with a built-in huddle option and offers freedom to the employees to switch to any video conferencing application based on their necessity. A quick impromptu discussion can be held right from the canvas with a single click.
