Opsgenie is a modern incident management platform which empowers Dev & Ops teams to plan for service disruptions and stay in control during incidents. Opsgenie provides the tools needed to design actionable alerts, manage on-call schedules and escalations, and orchestrate communication & collaboration during incident resolution process.



Opsgenie’s Zoom app lets you leverage Zoom as the video bridge for your Incident Command Center (ICC) sessions. ICC provides a central place to command, control, and coordinate incident response. It enables you to stop switching between different tools and platforms during incident response. You can view the status and progress of each responder team and track all updates and actions, from a centralized dashboard.


This app is developed for the Opsgenie customers who use US as the data center region to store their data. If you are using EU as the data center region, please install ‘Opsgenie EU’ app instead.

Content generated in Zoom products, which may include audio, video, messages, transcriptions, feedback, responses to polls and Q&A, and files, and related context , such as invitation details, meeting or chat name, and meeting agenda.

Information people provide when registering for a Zoom meeting, webinar or recording, which may include name and contact information, responses to registration questions, and other registration information.

Information about how people and their devices interact with Zoom products, which may include when participants join/leave, whether participants sent messages and who they message with, performance data, and other usage information and metrics.

This app can access the following information anytime including outside of a Zoom experience and when the app is not actively in use.
