Smarsh
Smarsh for Zoom phone is a voice capture solution. It captures voice content during a Zoom Phone call and has the flexibility to work within a customer’s existing architecture.
When customers choose Smarsh for Zoom Phone, they can capture the nuances of communications revealed through audio content. Along with voice content all associated metadata is captured. Transcription is available in over 120 languages and regional dialects. Transcriptions can be searched alongside other text-based content, which enhances the effectiveness of content search and review.
Smarsh also offers the ability to create lexicon policies to flag content. Alerts can then be generated based on keyword matches, phrases and regular expressions such as social security numbers.
Once content is captured, it can either be sent automatically to the Smarsh Connected Archive or to any third-party application, archive or data lake.
When it comes to performance, the Connected Archive does not disappoint. Its highly optimized architecture enables search requests to slice through vast amounts of data in seconds, providing all context associated with each interaction.
