Overview

Zoom’s new Pardot integration simplifies the setup for capturing prospects into Pardot lists. Instead of setting up and configuring form handlers, simply select the appropriate lists within the Zoom webinar configuration page:

  • List to capture users that registered for the webinar
  • List to capture users that attended the webinar
  • List to capture registered users that were absent from the webinar

The registered users list is dynamically updated whenever a user registers for a webinar. The attended and absent lists are populated after the webinar is complete. Filtering out users is possible by configuring a list of email domains in the “Exclusion Domains” setting.
