CallTrackingMetrics Zoom Integration will log in real-time whenever a Zoom meeting, webinar, or event is taking place and whether a CallTrackingMetrics agent is participating in a Zoom activity. Managers will be able to gain insight on occupancy reporting by viewing our Real-time Agent Dashboard with granularity on Account level and Agent level metrics. Managers will be able to determine whether an agent is currently taking a call, on chat support, on lunch break, or in a Zoom activity, with the duration and timeline recorded throughout their work day.
