Connecting Zoom to your Coleap account makes managing live sessions super easy.
After you connect Zoom, you can set Zoom as the default meeting provider (or select it on a ad-hoc basis).
For each live session, a Zoom meeting will then be created with the same title as your Live Session block and at the exact same time. If and when you change your live session, the Zoom meeting will be also updated.
Your learners will get a link to join the call as they already do.
Manage content and information generated in the context of Zoom experiences, which may include audio, video, messages, meeting or chat name, agenda, transcriptions, and responses to polls and Q&A.
Manage participants, which may include assigning participants to specific breakout rooms and specifying an interpreter for the session.
Manage registration information, which may include scheduling Zoom experiences or adding or deleting registrants.
