With Arc Studio's Zoom app you start a Zoom meeting for you and your collaborators straight from your script. No more sending invites around: One click, and all people working on a document go to the same meeting to collaborate in real-time.
Here is how it works:
- Open the script you want to collaborate on
- Ask your co-writers to also open that script
- A Zoom button will appear next to your co-writers' avatars – click it
- If you haven't already, you will be prompted to connect your Zoom account through OAuth
- We will start a meeting on your behalf – everybody who clicks that button now will end up in the same meeting
- Everybody is on the same page *and* in the same meeting!

Manage content and information generated in the context of Zoom experiences, which may include audio, video, messages, meeting or chat name, agenda, transcriptions, and responses to polls and Q&A.
Manage participants, which may include assigning participants to specific breakout rooms and specifying an interpreter for the session.
Manage registration information, which may include scheduling Zoom experiences or adding or deleting registrants.
