Overview

Zoom webinar accounts can be connected with Schoox Academy profiles. Thus, managers can use their Academy Zoom webinar account to organize Live Sessions in their Academy. They can create Live Sessions in their Academy by filling fields such as "Title", "Description", "Category", "External Instructors", "Academy Instructors". Also they can select if the event will be "Invitation based" or "Registration based". Events are created as private by default. After the creation of an event, if it should be visible to the whole academy, it should be turned to public. Only admins and training managers with the right to edit events, can make an event private or public. A public event will be visible to the academy, or to a particular group of people when added in a category with enabled access permissions. Users with admin rights can upload an excel file and register users to an event on the Register Users page. Also members can self-register to events. Live Sessions can then be initiated with Zoom webinar. This event will automatically be created on Zoom webinar account and all registrants will automatically be synced in Zoom webinar. Then, the event can be started from Schoox by those having the relevant permission. Registered users can join from Schoox. Once the event completed, registrants’ progress will be synced from Zoom webinar to Schoox.
