Atreemo is a hospitality-focused CRM product that offers a 360 solution for marketeers to manage customer promotions and interactions. It helps operators track every guest interaction through the capture of data related to visits, transactions, feedback and enquiries, sales leads, voucher redemptions and loyalty programmes. The Atreemo Single Customer View is at the centre of the platform and is used to manage all forms of communications to the customers. The Events and Virtual Event modules of ATreemo offer users the capability to create and manage their event communications directly from the product.
The Zoom integration will allow Atreemo users to manage any pre and post Zoom webinar event communications directly from Atreemo. The integration will allow users to track each Zoom webinar's registrants and participants. They are created as contacts within Atreemo where their registration details are then used to send the automated pre and post email communications. Example email communications would be a 'Thank you for registering' or 'Reminder of the upcoming webinar'.
