Overview

Oracle Learning empowers your business to grow and adapt seamlessly in a rapidly changing business climate. The integration of traditional, compliance-based learning with social, informal learning will help your organization to perform to its fullest potential.

The Zoom integration for Oracle Learning streamlines virtual trainings for employees and instructors.

With Oracle Learning and Zoom integration:

  • Zoom meetings are created by the integration when a virtual instructor led training is setup in the Oracle Learning Cloud application.
  • Learners enrolled into the virtual training are added to the Zoom meeting as attendees.
  • Training Instructors are designated as hosts of the Zoom meeting.
  • Instructors can launch the Zoom meeting from within the Oracle Learning Cloud application.
  • Learners can join the Zoom meetings from within the Oracle Learning Cloud application.
  • After the session, attendance information is obtained from Zoom. Learning Administrators can download the csv attachment from the Oracle Learning Cloud application and based on the attendance, update the status of learner's completion in the application.
  • If session was recorded, meeting recording is obtained from Zoom. Learning administrators and learners can view the recording URL in activity attachments. Recordings feature will be available starting release 24B of Oracle Learning Cloud.
