Setmore is a cloud-based appointment scheduling software that lets businesses book and manage their appointments online. Setmore is an online appointment booking app that enables businesses to book and manage appointments and classes online. Setmore lets business owners schedule appointments for their clients on the Admin calendar and accept customer booking with a free online Booking Page that can be shared with customers, added to websites or integrated to their Facebook/Instagram business pages. 


With the Zoom Integration, 

  • Automatically add a Zoom meeting to 1:1 appointments and classes.
  • Enable customers to pick video meetings, view availability, and self-book appointments at their convenience. 
  • Send the Zoom meeting link in the booking confirmation email to the staff member and the customer.
  • Send email reminders for an upcoming appointment/ class session.
