Overview

Are you a Zoom admin trying to install the Core Strengths integration? Then this is the app for you. This app allows you to get in-the-moment tips to improve communication and collaboration with teammates.

Thriving relationships are essential for team performance. But sometimes talking screen to screen makes that difficult. But not anymore. Introducing the Core Strengths app! Get personalized and meaningful communication insights for everyone in every Zoom meeting. It’s designed to help you adapt your communication style to your teammates' personalities, so you know what to say to each person (and how to say it). We call it Relationship Intelligence. With our app embedded in each Zoom call, you and your teammates can speak each other’s language instead of talking at each other.

With the Core Strengths app, you can:

  • Speak each other’s language: Each person in the meeting gets a personalized name tag identifying core motives, top strengths, and how they respond to conflict – helping everyone feel seen, heard, and valued.
  • Improve conversations: Access real-time tips during live video meetings to help you know what to say to each person (and how to say it)
  • Run productive meetings: When you can visualize what matters most to each person, you can foster team collaboration and strengthen decision-making.

Core Strengths has designed this app for Zoom admins. If you're a non-admin user, please use the standard Core Strengths RQ app.
