What does RevenueHero do ?

RevenueHero is a tool for effective scheduling of meetings. When a prospect visits a website and tries to talk to sales, there is a lot of back and forth involved to find a good time to schedule a meeting. RevenueHero eliminates this tedious process and accelerates scheduling of meetings from websites. This gives a delightful experience for the prospect as well as the sales person.

RevenueHero powers the various workflows and rules that are involved in scheduling these meetings. Consider a company selling to small businesses as well as enterprise businesses. When a prospect visits the company's website and fills up a form, it is important that the right team or person talks to them. RevenueHero allows marketing teams to define rules that say - "if prospect has < 500 employees, schedule meetings with SMB team" and "if prospect has > 500 employees, schedule meetings with the Enterprise team". This is how RevenueHero typically works.

  1. Company onboards their Sales team onto RevenueHero
  2. The sales people connect their calendars and conferencing tool i.e. Zoom to RevenueHero.
  3. The marketing ops people define the rules and workflows that determine who gets a meeting.
  4. Once defined, the RevenueHero snippet is copied and installed on the website through which prospects try to book a meeting.
  5. With the snippet enabled, customers can find the best time slots for them to talk to sales.
  6. RevenueHero records these meetings and uses Zoom APIs to generate and send meeting links to customers through email.
  7. At the time of the meeting, customers can simply click these links and join the meeting with the Sales agents.
