Springshare, LLC.
This app will allow users of LibCal & Zoom to set up an automated integration using the OAuth connection method. LibCal users who also use Zoom will be able to download the LibCal OAuth app from the Zoom Marketplace to configure the integration. The integration will allow the automatic creation, updates, management and deletion of Zoom Meetings & Webinars for LibCal Events and Zoom Meetings for LibCal Appointments.
The business value is the ability for LibCal to auto generate a Zoom link when an appointment is booked or an event is created.
The main use cases for this application will be for libraries and universities that have patrons/students located in other time zones. Thus, with the need for virtual appointment & event support more so now than ever due to the recent pamdemic, this seamless integration will assist in streamlining the entire process to book an appointment or attend an event from a virtual location.
