Overview

Skeding takes the hassle out of meeting scheduling.

Working in a team with people across multiple time zones or need to meet with people outside your organization? Skeding helps you simplify the meeting scheduling process by allowing you to take everyone's availability into account and automates the repetitive parts for you.

Skeding is a meeting scheduling web app that integrates with your Google or Outlook calendar to help you schedule meetings by eliminating the back and forth emails usually required to agree on a meeting time. You can create meeting polls that can be sent to all your meeting participants to get their availability or have their availability visible directly to you if they're also a Skeding user.

No more hassle:

  • Manage all your meetings in one place so you don't create scheduling conflicts when you integrate multiple calendars.
  • Add your contacts from Google or Outlook for even faster meeting scheduling and create groups so you can easily create meetings with people you meet with frequently.
  • Instantly create Zoom links for each meeting and send them to all your participants so you never forget to invite your participants again, all done for you automatically.
