Overview: What is Steno Connect?

With the Steno Connect app for Zoom, you can seamlessly share, download, and number exhibits for your remote depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials—all within Zoom.

Available features include:

  • Upload and preview files before introducing them as exhibits to other participants
  • In preview mode, you can easily navigate from page to page of an exhibit and zoom in and out with ease
  • When you introduce a file it will automatically become a Marked Exhibit for all participants to access and/or download
  • When introducing a file, you can use the suggested exhibit name, or use your own.
  • You can present exhibits to all participants on the call, regardless of whether or not they have Steno Connect
  • Hosts can enable guest mode if some participants do not have the app installed - that way they can still benefit from all of the features
