Every form submission is enriched to identify and learn more about the lead. It is then matched with the client’s ICP attributes for qualification. Qualified leads are then routed to the respective salesperson based on predefined rulesets.
Scheduling and Collaborative Engagement:
Our calendar integration and management module enables prospects to select preferred slots and schedule meetings with the assigned salesperson. Post that, to further continue their evaluation, they are able to access a curated micro-site with personalized content. They are also able to remain engaged by learning more about the seller’s solution while collaborating with the salesperson through chat and other CTAs till the meeting.
Real time Notifications & Analytics:
Sellers and Prospects are notified real-time for all collaborative actions on the micro-site, lead assignment, meeting scheduling or changes to a scheduled meeting. Our dashboard gives exhaustive insights around meetings, lead quality, lead volume, etc for sales teams to get visibility on metrics that matter at the top of the funnel.

Information about how people and their devices interact with Zoom products, which may include when participants join/leave, whether participants sent messages and who they message with, performance data, and other usage information and metrics.
Manage content and information generated in the context of Zoom experiences, which may include audio, video, messages, meeting or chat name, agenda, transcriptions, and responses to polls and Q&A.
