Coda is a new doc that brings words, data, and teams together. It comes with building blocks—like tables that talk to each other, buttons that take action, and Packs that connect your doc to the apps you use everyday.


Connect a Coda doc with your Zoom Admin account to effortlessly manage your user’s meetings and recordings in a Coda table.


You can also:

  • Create Zoom meetings on behalf of a user with a single button click.
  • Sync information on all provisioned users or recordings under your account.
  • Add or remove users on your account.


The Zoom Admin Pack for Coda can be installed by any Zoom Admin user. The first time you install the Pack, you'll be asked to login to Zoom using your admin credentials (if you are not already logged in) and approve access to your Zoom account. If you are not an admin user, we recommended installing the base Coda Zoom Pack to manage your personal meetings and recordings.

Information about how people and their devices interact with Zoom products, which may include when participants join/leave, whether participants sent messages and who they message with, performance data, and other usage information and metrics.

Manage preferences and settings on the account or profile using the app, which may include updating meeting and webinar configuration preferences, email notification preferences, and configuring Zoom Phone, Zoom Room, and telephony devices.

Associated with your account, others you're allowed to access, and others included in that information.

Manage content and information generated in the context of Zoom experiences, which may include audio, video, messages, meeting or chat name, agenda, transcriptions, and responses to polls and Q&A.

Manage participants, which may include assigning participants to specific breakout rooms and specifying an interpreter for the session.

Manage registration information, which may include scheduling Zoom experiences or adding or deleting registrants.

This app can access the following information anytime including outside of a Zoom experience and when the app is not actively in use.
