Kisi
Kisi is a cloud-based access control solution empowering organizations to manage their facilities in a smarter, safer, and more efficient way. With Kisi, IT admins can remotely manage doors and access rights, monitor real-time access events, and create secure, frictionless workspaces.
Kisi integrates with key components of your enterprise IT ecosystem, thus simplifying, for example, user provisioning and identity management, coworking space management or workplace management.
By integrating Kisi with Zoom, you can automatically share and revoke physical access to booked rooms whenever a reservation is made or canceled. Ensure that only those who made a reservation can enter the room, to streamline operations and safeguard all valuable property and equipment stored within.
Two options to share access:
1) Group links: Enable users to automatically get an access link when booking the workspace. With a tap on the link, they can unlock the booked room and any additional doors they have access to. The link will be valid for the meeting duration and can be distributed among other meeting participants.
2) Check-in: Automatically unlocks the door when at least one user checks in the room. For enhanced security, the door locks when the user checks out or when the booking ends. Enable the check-in feature to use the check-in functionality.
