Overview

At the heart of our application lies its dynamic integration with Zoom through the Zoom API, allowing users to seamlessly connect their Zoom accounts using OAuth 2.0 authentication. This secure and user-friendly process ensures that users can effortlessly link their accounts without compromising their privacy or security. Once connected, users gain access to a wide array of functionalities designed to streamline their meeting management process, directly from our platform.

Building on this foundation, we've introduced an innovative feature through our Linux SDK: a participant bot that can join Zoom meetings. Users simply need to enter the meeting ID and passcode. Upon joining, it requires permission to record the meeting, respecting user consent and privacy norms. If permission is granted, it actively records the meetings, ensuring that no critical discussion is missed. These recordings are then securely stored on the server, ready for the next stages of processing.

Our application takes the recorded content to the next level by transforming it into structured, easy-to-navigate transcriptions. Utilizing state-of-the-art speech-to-text algorithms, the application not only transcribes the spoken words but also performs speaker diarization. This means it identifies and attributes the spoken text to the respective participants, making it easier to follow the conversation flow and understand the context. This feature is invaluable for users who require detailed meeting minutes or wish to review specific segments of their meetings without sifting through hours of audio.

Powered by Flask, the Zoom API, and SDK, our web application stands as a testament to the transformative potential of integrating cutting-edge technologies with user-centric design. It addresses the core challenges faced by modern professionals in managing and deriving value from their online meetings.
