Laura your new personal Ai assistant will help you book a meeting. Only 2 steps are involved in getting her to work. First add Laura@Meetz.ai into your email. Secondly request a meeting in natural language. Our ML will be able to understand the meaning and to coordinate the whole scheduling process from start to finish with your guests.
Once you select a default meeting service such as Zoom we will use that information to send out the invitation automatically. You can also request specifically that Laura will use Zoom in the email body itself and the meeting invitation will use Zoom for that specific meeting as well! Any meeting request you have from Laura will be understood and will be properly addressed.

Manage content and information generated in the context of Zoom experiences, which may include audio, video, messages, meeting or chat name, agenda, transcriptions, and responses to polls and Q&A.
Manage participants, which may include assigning participants to specific breakout rooms and specifying an interpreter for the session.
Manage registration information, which may include scheduling Zoom experiences or adding or deleting registrants.
