This app allows VET Campus to integrate with Zoom to allow it to create and record meetings on your behalf.
In the VET Campus portal you can create a meeting for a class or an individual student, either now or at a scheduled time in the future. And then notify the student or class via email or SMS. This provides some automation of creating a Zoom meeting and notifying students without having to to jump between apps and copy URLs and other information multiple times.
Additionally you can have meetings automatically recorded on the cloud and then downloaded to your site and stored against the student or class file to be viewed later, or kept for auditing purposes.
The student notifications are stored in VET Campus as a record for historical or auditing purposes as well. Future versions of this integration will look at capturing attendance and other useful features.
This app requires you have a VET Campus portal hosted with us and integrated to your student management system. You will also need to contact us to add the Zoom integration to your account. Additional charges may apply depending on your current hosting band.
Further information on installing this app is available. Or if you are interested - learn more about VET Campus.
