zconnect.io LLC
zconnect.io streamlines virtual docket management by allowing court admins to validate, assign roles and group participants before they enter virtual cases.
After completing a bi-lingual registration process, participants enter the Zoom waiting room properly labeled with their name and role, noting if they need a translator. The Zoom waiting room is managed by the zconnect.io control panel.
The court admins use the zconnect.io control panel to assign participants to cases and manage the court workflow with a greater level of visibility and control over the day's docket.
Sorting participants by the time they arrive and roles allows the court admin to prioritize cases and organize and conduct the docket in a way that aligns with their policies and goals.
