Overview

Aternity is an End User Experience monitoring solution. It is an Agent-based solution; and once deployed on an employee’s device, it monitors application and device performance as well as end-user experience to provide a holistic understanding of problems on the user device.

With Aternity, IT people gain visibility into quality of Zoom meetings and its correlation with device attributes, device performance and user characteristics and behavior. This allows them to get a clearer picture of a problem, to understand the possible causes of Zoom meeting issues, like a poor WiFi or a high machine load.
