Overview

Mataono empowers you to actively work with emotions in conversations in

order to achieve greater sales success. It measures facial expressions and

evaluates them. Thereby, it makes the emotional effect of conversation

leaders on their listeners visible and derives recommendations for action.

Mataono is your neutral, digital coach. It supports you to continuously

improve your emotional competence.

Mataono records and analyzes to help you better understand the emotions of the participants in your sales meetings and trainings.

Based on shown facial expressions it makes emotions tangible, puts them into context with presented materials and allows a detailed insight into your meetings. Find out if you motivated your customer in your last pitch or if you need to improve your game.

Mataono integrates with Zoom as follows:

  1. Once your Mataono account is connected with Zoom, each meeting that you setup in Zoom will automatically be exported to your Mataono workspace. Also, each meeting will be setup for automatic recording.
  2. Just start your Zoom meeting, share your screen and show your sales material to the participants as you always do.
  3. After your meeting ends, Mataono will fetch the meeting recording. Then, it will automatically create the analysis of the participant's emotions - you can view it in your Mataono workspace shortly after.

That's it. Install the Mataono app for Zoom, understand your customer's emotions and become a professional in emotional selling.
