The Lexzur Zoom Integration gives users full access to Zoom directly from within the Lexzur Core System. Users will no longer need to leave the instance to initiate and attend Zoom meetings, and can expect the full range of Zoom features available within the Core System.
Meeting details are stored on Zoom and on Lexzur. Additionally, users are able to start or schedule a meeting related to a specific matter or contract in Lexzur. This means that information about the matter to be discussed is pre-filled in the meeting details, and the concerned participants are easily accessible as invitees.
To use this feature, simply click on the matter or contract, and a quick meeting button will be visible on the top right of the screen. This will open a Zoom window within your Lexzur instance, and you'll be able to use Zoom as you normally do from there.
