Cassiopeia
Cassiopeia provides practical recommendations to increase team collaboration, belonging, and mental health using communication pattern analysis (not content) within and among teams.
In order to support companies during the abrupt transition to the virtual workspace, we released a new solution to empower remote leaders with the insights they now need the most.
By integrating with Zoom, we can analyze your company’s communications patterns (not content) within teams, such as daily total duration of Zoom meetings, frequency of 1:1 meetings with the manager, Zoom meetings across departments and more.
Reports and alerts with practical recommendations based on those communication patterns are delivered directly to managers (Via Slack or email). The reports and alerts include insights about less connected employees, the average frequency of team meetings, how certain subgroups, such as parents are engaging, work overload, and actionable recommendations on how to overcome the specific challenges the team members are facing.
