Wappointment is free of charge, and comes with a few premium addons.


Our appointment plugin integrates nicely with Zoom to automatically

  1. Create meetings when you receive new Video meeting appointments.
  2. Update meetings(created beforehand by Wappointment) if you or the client decide to reschedule or modify the original appointment
  3. Delete meetings(created beforehand by Wappointment) if you or the client cancel the appointment

Technical Requirements

  • You will need a WordPress website installed
  • Wappointment installed on that website; While Wappointment is currently not published yet on Zoom's marketplace, the Zoom version of the plugin is available on wappointment.com only(see link in the next section) Once published on Zoom's marketplace it will be made available in it's official release on the WordPress' repository

Manage preferences and settings on the account or profile using the app, which may include updating meeting and webinar configuration preferences, email notification preferences, and configuring Zoom Phone, Zoom Room, and telephony devices.

Associated with you and others who participate in Zoom experiences with you

Manage content and information generated in the context of Zoom experiences, which may include audio, video, messages, meeting or chat name, agenda, transcriptions, and responses to polls and Q&A.

Manage participants, which may include assigning participants to specific breakout rooms and specifying an interpreter for the session.

Manage registration information, which may include scheduling Zoom experiences or adding or deleting registrants.

This app can access the following information anytime including outside of a Zoom experience and when the app is not actively in use.
