Overview

Zoom for Vuture provides a simple interface to add webinar events to your Vuture campaigns from within the Vuture platform.  All you need is the webinar meeting ID(s).

  • Send webinar event invites using your existing Vuture email campaigns
  • Utilise your existing branded templates 
  • Add single or multiple webinar registrations to your campaign landing pages from directly within the Vuture form editor.
  • Support multiple webinar registrations as either a series, or a set of concurrent webinars. 
  • Write back RSVP and attendance activities to your CRM to close the loop and aid reporting. 
  • Use the Webinar name and times as configured in Zoom or alternatively you can edit the labels as required in your Vuture form.
  • CRMs Supported: Fibre, DealCloud, Dynamics, ContactEase, InterAction, OnePlace, Intapp OnePlace, Salesforce and of course Vuture Standalone.
  • Make on demand webinar recordings available to your contacts and send them links and access credentials through your Vuture email campaign (Optional).

  • Use Vuture roles and permissions to tailor which users can access and use the integration.

Content generated in Zoom products, which may include audio, video, messages, transcriptions, feedback, responses to polls and Q&A, and files, and related context , such as invitation details, meeting or chat name, and meeting agenda.

Information people provide when registering for a Zoom meeting, webinar or recording, which may include name and contact information, responses to registration questions, and other registration information.

Information about how people and their devices interact with Zoom products, which may include when participants join/leave, whether participants sent messages and who they message with, performance data, and other usage information and metrics.

Manage content and information generated in the context of Zoom experiences, which may include audio, video, messages, meeting or chat name, agenda, transcriptions, and responses to polls and Q&A.

Manage participants, which may include assigning participants to specific breakout rooms and specifying an interpreter for the session.

Manage registration information, which may include scheduling Zoom experiences or adding or deleting registrants.

This app can access the following information anytime including outside of a Zoom experience and when the app is not actively in use.
