Online meetings are an essential tool for enterprise business. This integration allows people to create, update and delete Zoom meetings from with an HCL Notes calendar entry, without needing to leave HCL Notes. It keeps HCL Notes as the tool for calendaring while enabling Zoom to be the tool for online meetings. All this is done with an update to the mail template, allowing Administrators to push the functionality out to all or selected users, without needing users to install anything themselves.


After an Online Meeting Credentials document has been set up, a button is available in calendar entries to create, update or delete a Zoom meeting. The URL and other information is added to the Location field so that linked information is available regardless of the mail platform recipients use.

Manage content and information generated in the context of Zoom experiences, which may include audio, video, messages, meeting or chat name, agenda, transcriptions, and responses to polls and Q&A.

Manage participants, which may include assigning participants to specific breakout rooms and specifying an interpreter for the session.

Manage registration information, which may include scheduling Zoom experiences or adding or deleting registrants.

This app can access the following information anytime including outside of a Zoom experience and when the app is not actively in use.
