Rollcallz is platform addressing the operational needs of after school Instructors and tutors who run in-person and online classes. The intended audience for Rollcallz are the after-school Instructors, franchisees such as Kumon, Mathnasium, RSM, Eye Level and similar tutoring services.
Schools and after school centers are entering into a hybrid mode of operation to educate students both in classrooms and through online classes. Rollcallz is a single unified platform to record and track student attendance both online and in-person. In addition to recording time and duration, Rollcallz also notifies the parents of students to inform them of arrival and departure of the student in both online and in-person classes. Client App runs in a browser or mobile device. There are multiple ways to record attendance. An easy to drag-drop experience from the browser facilitates recording of student arrival and departure. Zoom attendance is automatically captured and mapped to the student data. An easy to use barcode scanner can be used to trigger attendance events. Developers can also invoke Rollcallz REST API calls to leverage the service.
