MegaOak Telehealth enables patients, doctors and other medical professionals to communicate face-to-face using Zoom video.
For doctors:
Medical staff will log into their dedicated MegaOak Telehealth account to authenticate and register for Zoom meetings. When an appointment is obtained, access the Zoom meeting directly from the medical care list screen and start Zoom.
For patients:
A patient obtains an appointment at a medical institution. An email containing the date and time of the reservation and the URL of the Zoom meeting will be sent to the email address registered in advance. The patient launches Zoom at the date and time of the appointment.
Manage content and information generated in the context of Zoom experiences, which may include audio, video, messages, meeting or chat name, agenda, transcriptions, and responses to polls and Q&A.
Manage participants, which may include assigning participants to specific breakout rooms and specifying an interpreter for the session.
Manage registration information, which may include scheduling Zoom experiences or adding or deleting registrants.
