The EngageBay-Zoom integration provides a few key features such as:


* Create Zoom meetings when appointments are scheduled in EngageBay and attach the meeting URLs in the appointment confirmation emails.

* Customers can view the completed meeting/webinar details under the contact details timeline section.

* Get the complete list of scheduled meetings within EngageBay. Customers can also delete meetings directly from EngageBay.

* See daily usage reports and user based reports from the EngageBay meetings section.
