Zenduty is an advanced incident management solution for SRE, DevOps, ITOps and Support teams. Zenduty includes features such as flexible scheduling, notifications, and escalation policies so teams and individuals can set their own pace and methodology for work. Zenduty connects with over 100 applications to provide a bird’s eye view over your entire system and attaches relevant context to your alerts, so you can solve the problem at the root and not just manage the symptoms. Zenduty's advanced analytics helps you successfully conduct a post-mortem at every level and fine tune your incident response.


The Zenduty Zoom integration creates a Zoom link for every incident created and is included in the incident communications so that your team responders can quickly jump into a conference call and start the collaborative triaging process.
