The m.Care application is designed to connect a patient with their medical care team regardless of location. This app represents the patient-facing components of the platform.


m.Care utilizes Zoom for video communications between care team members and patients.

Use this app to communicate with patients in m.Care using your Zoom account. Installation will allow m.Care to create Zoom users and meetings as needed to facilitate communication between users.


Each m.Care user may be associated with a Zoom user account. This can be done manually by entering the associated Zoom userID in the Video Conference User ID field on your profile page at https://monitor.m.care/WebPages/MyProfileView.aspx and saving by clicking the disk icon in the top right corner of the page.


You may also choose to leave this field blank and let m.Care assign the Zoom user automatically when joining your first meeting. With this method, m.Care will check if a user exists in your Zoom account with an email matching the user ID of your m.Care account. If so, m.Care will store your Zoom user ID for use in future meetings. If not, m.Care will create a new Zoom user in your account and assign it to your m.Care user.

Information about how people and their devices interact with Zoom products, which may include when participants join/leave, whether participants sent messages and who they message with, performance data, and other usage information and metrics.

Manage preferences and settings on the account or profile using the app, which may include updating meeting and webinar configuration preferences, email notification preferences, and configuring Zoom Phone, Zoom Room, and telephony devices.

Associated with your account, others you're allowed to access, and others included in that information.

Manage content and information generated in the context of Zoom experiences, which may include audio, video, messages, meeting or chat name, agenda, transcriptions, and responses to polls and Q&A.

Manage participants, which may include assigning participants to specific breakout rooms and specifying an interpreter for the session.

Manage registration information, which may include scheduling Zoom experiences or adding or deleting registrants.

This app can access the following information anytime including outside of a Zoom experience and when the app is not actively in use.
