Overview

Laxis is not another transcriber. It is the next generation of AI-fueled meeting assistants, and it integrates directly with your Zoom account. Beyond just transcription, it provides the ability for you to create personalized templates that capture the exact information you need, in a format you can use. It also helps you organize, prioritize and analyze insights across all your meetings, interviews, and other types of Zoom-based get-togethers. This is a very powerful feature for product managers, UX researchers, industry analysts and anyone who does a lot of research interviews.

This integration includes three major capabilities:

  1. Post-meeting transcript: After every Zoom meeting, you can import the recording into Laxis to get a highly accurate transcript.
  2. Personalized meeting templates: Setup your own template with topics and keywords to create consistent records.
  3. Auto-generated key quotes: Laxis’ AI extracts the key information based on your template, topic and key words. Capture the exact wording from a customer or business partner for future reference, or edit the notes as you see fit.
  4. Conversation insight management: Laxis extracts and organizes the quotations and helps you identify key insights across all your conversations.

To set up, you need a Zoom Pro account or above that supports cloud storage of your recordings. Please go to https://laxis.tech/ to register.
