Condomob System - Condominium Management
Currently, Condomob works only in Brazilian condominiums, so the system is in Portuguese.
Condomob is a condominium management software that facilitates the daily activities of the condominium, such as:
- Organize finances;
- Keep the records of residents, employees and suppliers updated;
- Centralize data;
- Facilitate the booking of common areas;
- Optimize time, resources, processes and communication.
In this sense, CondomobMeeting, comes to optimize the assemblies, allowing Condomob users to generate the meeting link in Zoom, directly through Condomob. Once generated, this link will be sent to users who will participate in the meeting.
Manage content and information generated in the context of Zoom experiences, which may include audio, video, messages, meeting or chat name, agenda, transcriptions, and responses to polls and Q&A.
Manage participants, which may include assigning participants to specific breakout rooms and specifying an interpreter for the session.
Manage registration information, which may include scheduling Zoom experiences or adding or deleting registrants.
